Our local marine consignment shop will generally list an item for about one third to one half of its original price, assuming the item is in very good condition. Then they keep a piece of the action to run the store, so you net less.

I did sell some fenders through them, but what a pain. I felt better that they weren't going to enter a landfill, but the money was hardly worth the paperwork and you had to inquire if your item sold. By policy, they never call you. Yes, not even if they have your money.... forever.
