Got the dinghy out yesterday, tried cleaning the top and inside yesterday and today I'm going to paint the bottom. Probably just a light sanding and then some bottom paint can't hurt right?

So it came with these wheels, am I missing something, they sure don't look like they have any way to mount, or even the mounting hardware. Pics included.

So I would have to drill holes and add bolts. What holds them in place, just the pressure of the ground? Seems like a poor system.

Say if I'm going to throw some quick bottom paint on this thing, do I need a respirator, or is some gloves and a dust mask fine. Don't want to get sick.
