My mast is down and I want to replace the very old, but still working, Simrad wind transducer. I'm seriously considering the Maretron WSO100. At $400 it seems to be no more expensive than the spinning cup style.

I'm just starting to build out a N2k network so I definitely want something N2k. The other thing that is very important to me is reliability. I don't want to have to take the mast down again or climb to the top to deal with any problems.

Any one have a WSO100? Happy? Other options I should consider?
