ORIENTAL â?? Authorities say a woman has died after falling off a sailboat as it was moored in Pamlico County. Multiple media outlets reported that 69-year-old Dorothea Bischoff fell off the boat around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday as it was docked in Oriental.
