Woman Falls Off Sailboat, Dies in Pamlico County

PAMLICO COUNTY -- Authorities say a woman died after falling off a sailboat in Pamlico County. Coast Guard officials say 69-year-old Dorthea Bischoff fell off the boat around 9:30 Tuesday morning while she and her husband were tying off the boat.
