I'm hot on the trail of my sabbatical sailboat and I think I've found it but I'm going to need a decidedly inexpensive yard to do the work in. I don't need any of the fancy amenities that I seen in most US marinas. All I need is a travellift and solid ground to put her on, oh and a yard that wont have an issue with me doing my own work!

any suggestions? the Yard that the boat is currently in charges $250+ per month for storage. I'd like to get down in the range of 100-150 a month
