This is the one I installed last year to replace the see-thru bottom RACOR which was no longer legal in the engine compartment:Racor Spin-On Series Compact Fuel Filter / Water Separator Assembly

If you can get to the fuel tube that screws into the top of your tank and unscrew/remove it, then you can effectively siphon (or outboard hose squeegee any water/fungus,and misc, fot out of the tank.
