So, my boat now has 3 bent stanchions (long story), where do I find replacement tubing for the stanchions? How much of a "boat buck" do they cost?

So, I read you correctly, the stanchion cannot be separated from the base? If that's the case, then it's gonna be a bit of money for my boat partner. I got a look at the stanchions today, one is crimped pretty badly; 2 others are listing to the stern just a bit. It also looks life the safety lines need replacement since they are rusty under the white vinyl.

While we're at it, what's the best idea for new safety lines?

whoa.
Most stanchions can be separated from the mounts, and definitely the toe-rail mount C&C stanchions can. The mounts and "official" tapered stanchions for C&C boats can be found here:

Holland Marine Products

If the mounts are fine and it is just the stanchions themselves that are busted, if the stanchions are not buckled, you might be able to straighten them. they will never look perfrectly straight, unless you are very very good. For the time and effort you will invest in straightening them, if you can live without the stanchions having the C&C taper, find a local metal supply shop and have them cut you the new stanchions you need.

Generally the stanchion is welded to the base. The base is then through bolted and fastened with a backing plate. Just ake it off and put the base edge in a vise and carefully bend the stanchion to where you want it. If it is badly crimped then this will not work but sounds like it will for two of them.
