Medical volunteer opportunities while cruising

My wife and I (Family Nurse Practitioner and Physical Therapist) will be leaving this summer for a westward cruise around the globe. We want to share the wonderful opportunity we have been given by sharing our medical skills with local people as we travel. So far no information on groups, organizations, etc has come up to help us coordinate. Any help to point us in the right direction is appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion, but doctors without borders want a year or so committment and are not thay active along our route. We are looking for a 1 month or so opportunity. Someone will have the great idea for us.
