i've only saw one of those boats[in the philippines] so i'm not really qualifyed to give you a good answer,but i think it would be a mistake to remove the keels,i think the handling would be degraded significantly,i hope someone else here can give you a better answer,btw your english is excellent

What a fun little boat!

If you remove the keels, there is a good chance you will flip over if there is any wind in the sails.

 

The keel, or keels, provide the righting moment for the boat. The keel counteracts the force of the wind on the mast. If you remove one, you should remove the other.

Looks like a nice boat.

From the picture, I suspect that the keel is encapsulated in glass, and therefore part of the hull. Removing it may involve the use of a reciprocating saw.

 

Don't do it if you wish to sail. They are important to the boat's stability. If they are not bolted on they will be encapsulated. That means the fiberglass on the keels will be a lot thicker than the layers left after you remove them.

It looks like a neat boat - don't trash it.
