VHF/AM/FM/DTV Antenna Splitter???

As masthead real estate is at a premium, has anyone heard of a 3-way splitter allowing your existing VHF antenna to be used for AM/FM radio and Digital TV reception? I have seen the VHF/AM/FM/AIS splitter, but nothing for DTV. I am curious, perhaps there would be too much signal loss due to cable length to be effective or is it more of a frequency related issue????

k1vsk- thanks for the reply! While I understand your post, I am curious how you would connect the coax from the tv to the AM/FM antenna connection on the splitter as you imply can be done. What I was actually in search of was a splitter that accepted the 50-Ohm antenna input and allowed the simultaneous connection of the VHF radio, AM/FM radio and a coax port for the tv.
